NOTICE.

PETTINGELL, Law Stationer and Surveyor's Draughtsman,
BEGS to inform Surveyors proceeding to and at. New Zealand, that he will be happy to execute any Orders they may favour him with, in Drawing and Colouring their Plans on any scale, with neatness and expedition, as also in Lithographing the same.
Gentlemen requiring well finished Drawings of their estates, either for Auction or private use; will find his charges reasonable.
Pitt-street south, near Liverpool-street, Sydney.
