Maude Poynter

Maude Poynter is revealed as a painter, printmaker and potter in the recent publication Maude Poynter painter and potter By Glenda King. Published by the Tasmanian Chapter of the Australiana Society Inc., in 2018 the book explores the artists study in England and return to Tasmania in 1916. There she set up a ceramic studio producing a range of arts and craft style ceramics. She also produced linocut prints.
