Ron Appleyard

Ron Appleyard joined the staff of the Art Gallery of South Australia in 1937. After war service he was appointed Assistant Keeper of Prints in 1948 and Keeper of Prints in 1951. He became Assistant Director in 1962. Appleyard wrote extensively on Australian prints.
