The six winning entries included, Rosalind Atkins, 'Cypress'; Martin King, 'Schist'; Deborah Klein, 'Lace face/Lace wraith' 1997; Ann Marie May, 'Untitled' 1998; John Northe, 'Dog' 1997; and Geoff Parr, 'Deluge'.
The Award was judged by Lesley Duxbury, Course Co-ordinator, RMIT; Kirsty Grant, Curator, National Gallery of Victoria; and Graeme Peebles, contemporary Melbourne printmaker. The Award was sponsored by the Gallery Grasshoppers.
