Abstract

Open Bite Printmakers have been actively engaged in diverse and exciting printmaking for over 30 years, embracing a variety of techniques and styles from traditional to digital.

This exhibition contains a comprehensive collection of techniques, concepts and philosophies revolving around notions of the urban, triggered by the lockdowns and restrictions stemming from Covid. This situation presented the challenge of looking at their environment and art practice through the dual prisms of inhibition and inspiration.
