 Tina Smyrnios was born in Egypt in 1957. In Australia she studied at Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology 1979 and Melbourne State College 1980. She persued Post Graduate Studies at Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology , 1981. Worked as a secondary school art teacher.
