Etching for Gallery.

It was announced at the meeting of the Public Library trustees yesterday afternoon, that the late Miss Grace Joel had bequeathed an etching by Josef Israels to the art gallery. The trustees also accepted, on loan from the Victorian branch of the British Medical, a portrait of Sir George Syme, by John Longstaff.
