Irena Zdanowicz, Senior Curator of Prints and Drawings at the National Gallery of Victoria retired on the 15 November 2001. Her knowledge, professionalism and generosity were evident to all who came in contact with her. It is a great loss to the NGV and to all who are interested in prints and drawings, both within Australia and internationally. The position has been advertised.
