Abstract

Rare items were borrowed from the Rex Nan Kivell Collection and displayed with material from our own collection. Mr Rex Nan Kivell, of London, has brought together a large and extremely important collection of Australiana, comprising oil paintings, water-colours, prints, books and documents, which is on indefinite loan to the Commonwealth National Library at Canberra.
