Micky Allan

Born in Melbourne 1944, Micky Allan gained her Bachelor of Fine Arts at Melbourne University in 1967 followed by a Diploma of Painting from the National Gallery School in 1968. She taught at Preston Institute of Technology, 1975-1976, and in 1979 was artist-in-residence, Art Workshop, at Sydney University. Her few screenprints were produced at the Tin Shed, Sydney University. She is known primarily for her photography. More recently she has turned again to drawing and painting.
