D4 Design
D4 Design was established in September 1987 in Kellett Street, Kings Cross, Sydney, and is a collaboration of Stephen Roberts, Bill MacMahon and Michael Scott-Mitchell.
Bill MacMahon was born in Sydney in 1959 and studied architecture at the University of New South Wales from 1978 to 1988.
Stephen Roberts was born in Katoomba, New South Wales, in 1960 and from 1983 to 1988 studied interior design at Randwick.
Michael Scott-Mitchell was born in Sydney in 1960 and has studied architecture and also has a Diploma of Dramatic Art (Design) from the National Institute of Dramatic Art.
