Biography

 Robert Mercer was born in North Ireland in 1949 and migrated to Melbourne in 1959. He studied Fine Art at Preston Technical College (Melbourne) 1969-70, and completed his Diploma of Art and Design at Prahran College of Advanced Education 1971-72.
